CADX Exchange with eToroX – Trading the CAD on a Crypto Exchange
CADX is a tokenized stablecoin listed on the eToroX Exchange. It is tied to the value of the Canadian Dollar on a 1:1 valuation basis, meaning that you can trade CADX as though you were trading the Canadian Dollar.
eToroX is the blockchain arm and cryptoasset exchange of social trading platform eToro, on which you can trade cryptoassets in a secure and regulated environment.
Trading CADX on eToroX Exchange
eToroX offers a broad range of stablecoins and cryptoassets, including CADX. The CADX stablecoin is paired with eight separate assets: three stablecoin pairings and five cryptoasset pairings: GBPX/CADX, EURX/CADX, USDEX/CADX, LTC/CADX, BCH/CADX, XRP/CADX. ETH/CADX, and BTC/CADX.
Why Trade CADX with eToroX?
CADX allows you to profit both ways when trading cryptocurrencies — sell CADX for a cryptoasset or another stablecoin if you feel that the value will fall, or buy CADX when its value rises.
CADX trading on eToroX is secure and regulated, unlike on many exchanges which are unregulated, operating with no monitoring or evaluation whatsoever. There is no protection for investors in these exchanges: if anything untoward happens such as a hack or outright shutdown, all crypto holdings could disappear forever. With eToroX, you are assured no such thing will happen. The company operates under the Distributed Ledger Technology laws that operate in Gibraltar, which provides for regulation and oversight by the Gibraltar Financial Services Commission.
CADX was created in 2019 by eToro Digital Assets. Like other eToroX tokenized assets:
- It brings a measure of price stability and reduced volatility to the crypto market
- It acts as a better store of value than volatile cryptocurrencies
- It offers an alternative way to trade popular fiat pairs such as USD/CAD
